Hi, I’m Teri.
I help people come home to themselves—through love, truth, healing, and sometimes a little existential dread and meme therapy.

Whether I’m guiding a Sacred Realignment Session, dancing in my kitchen, or midwifing a heartbreak, my work is about one thing: returning to what’s real.

I’m a nerdy, soul-deep thinker who laughs loud, cries fast, and quotes Jurassic Park for emotional support.

I love dancing in my kitchen, singing in the shower, holding space for raw truth, and finding the sacred in the mess.

I believe your “too muchness” is probably your magic. And your burnout? Not a failure—just a signal that something beautiful wants to come through..

About me…

I’m a therapist, PhD, and internationally recognized trainer in Emotionally Focused Therapy. I’ve worked for over a decade with clients, therapists, and communities who are ready to heal at the root—through love, congruence, and nervous system attunement.

I co-created Come Together with my husband Chris, and now I lead a mythic body of work called The Healer’s Codex—offering sacred sessions, writing, and retreats for those seeking a return to wholeness.

I’m married to Chris, the guy my parents carpooled me to preschool with (that’s an actual true story!), and we’ve got two teen kids that I can make laugh sometimes, mainly at me.

I’m a former propulsion analyst (re: rocket scientist) who always wonders if I’m smart enough. I’m a GenX latchkey kid so I can survive on Pop-Tarts, microwaved cheese, and drink out of garden hoses. But I’d still die immediately in a Zombie Apocalypse. There are many reasons why…

I carry both: the sacred and the silly. The healer and the weirdo. The one who can quote research and cry at a good sunset. It all belongs...

Books, TV and movies, comedy, and nature are my favorite pastimes, along with thinking deep and annoying my friends with random quotes and memes.

That’s me in a nutshell. “Oh look, I’m trapped in a tiny nutshell!” Anyone??

“Everyone makes sense in the context of their story.”
